Returns & Exchanges
We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not
completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product
price less the actual shipping charges to ship the product and any associated
tax, within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s). If the return is a result
of our error, we will happily refund the shipping cost of the order as well.
Simply send an email to returns@hobbyedge.com
stating your order number, reason for returning the item, and if you would like
a refund store credit, or exchange.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account,
please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn
condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used,
dirty or missing tags by HobbyEdge Sports will be returned to purchaser at their
expense and no refund will be issued. Lost return shipments are the responsibility
of the customer. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the
return shipment.
Items that are opened or returned more than 7 days after delivery will receive
a partial refund or gift certificate. Please feel free to email
